What you want to achieve, the role you intend to retain, and what information exists. Nothing is disclosed to anyone outside ERAM Invest at this stage.
Preliminary fit, then an information review
We assess whether the objective and the company are something we could act on, as adviser or as a prospective investor, before asking you for anything substantial.
Indicative terms, where appropriate
Only where the review supports them, and always with the basis on which they are given stated in writing.
Diligence, approvals and documents
Commercial, financial and legal due diligence, internal approvals, then definitive documents. We may decline at any stage, and no statement on this site is an offer to invest.

ERAM Invest may act as adviser under a client mandate or as a prospective investor or buyer. We identify the role at the outset and manage conflicts accordingly.
